Minding your Health

Q. Is health an effect or a cause?
A. Health is an effect.

Q. What is the cause of good health?
A. Your positive belief system, balanced nutrition and exercise.

Q. What about genetics?
A. Geneticists have discovered that genes can express themselves in healthier ways depending on the beliefs a person entertains.

Q. Does that mean that if I change my belief system it can have a strong influence on my health?
A. Yes.

Q. What is more beneficial to my health, treating the belief or the condition?
A. I believe treating the belief first will provide a solid foundation for a longer lasting effect, in addition treating the condition will provide a more permanent positive result.

Q. What is the best approach?
A. Treat the condition when necessary but more importantly treat your belief system also. Your belief system creates chemicals and hormones within your body that can heal or disrupt proper body function and its overall health.

Q. What if I treat the condition only?
A. Research has shown that a condition may show up again. It is always best to treat the belief along with the cause for a longer positive lasting effect.
