CHANGE YOU FOR A BETTER YOU!
Sacred wisdom teaches us that it is never too late to change.
How does one change oneself?
1) REGRET
What is regret and how is it different from guilt?
Well , we all know what guilt is. That uneasy sick feeling that we have done something terribly wrong that can't fixed. What's done is done, move on.
What is regret?
The feeling of missed opportunity. Vow to yourself not miss it next time it shows up in your life.
2) LEAVING THE NEGATIVITY BEHIND
"Leaving the negativity behind" means consciously staying away from all paths that lead to negativity. This includes creating your positive environment in order to prevent temptation.
This includes staying away from tempting negative thoughts, which usually leads to the next step--action.
3) VERBALIZATION
There is a hidden power to verbalizing thoughts as opposed to just thinking about them. Verbalizing a thought brings the thought to a new level of reality, cognition, awareness and understanding.
The verbalization that is done after committing a regretful action makes one more fully aware of what was done. It therefore increases the regret and therefore strengthens the resolution not to commit the act again.
4) RESOLUTION FOR THE FUTURE
Firmly make a resolution not to repeat that negative behavior ever again.
Every minute that passes puts distance behind you and the negativity.
You're on your way to becoming the "renewed you!"

Impression / Expression
All expressions are the result of IMPRESSION, (Pressed Inward), within one’s mental being.
Im-pression is none other that I’m, (I AM), followed by whatever you believe in, which is the impression you create for yourself.
Every time you say I Am healthy, HEALTH EXPRESSES ITSELF or
I Am sick, SICKNESS EXPRESSES ITSELF or
I Am Abundant, ABUNDANCE EXPRESSES ITSELF or
I Am poor, POVERTY EXPRESSES ITSELF.
It does not matter, whatever is IMPRESSED eventually is EXPRESSED.
Therefore be cautious on what is IMPRESSED, because it will sooner or later EXPRESS ITSELF. This phenomenon comes under the Cause and Effect principle.

Digestion Enzymes
Millions of individuals suffer from improper digestion due to lack of enzymatic metabolism. Research shows that individuals eating foods that are devitalized of enzymes eventually develop digestion difficulties. One of our main difficulty in digesting food is not a deficiency in acid blockers or a deficiency in anti-acids but precisely our lack of natural enzymes to break down food matter into its smallest particle so that nutrients may be liberated from food and be properly absorbed into our cells.

Natural Defense against Toxins
Our Environmental Protection Agency has registered more than 85,000 chemicals that are in use today. With such staggering numbers, it becomes clear how important it is to protect our bodies form them, and one of the ingredients important in the protection of our liver from these poisonous substances is an herb known as milk thistle extract.
Milk Thistle has had a long history of use with beneficial human effects.
Recent laboratory studies suggest that milk thistle extract may benefit the liver by protecting and promoting the growth of liver cells, fighting oxidation and inhibiting inflammation.

Truth about Cholesterol ?
Does anyone ever ask why is my cholesterol high? Does anyone care to know the reason why cholesterol is so important that the liver has the duty to manufacture it and without this substance the human body would die.
Cholesterol is a type of fat that makes up our cell walls, hormones, nerves and much more. Saturated fats and cholesterol make the cell wall firm which is necessary to give form to the human body.
Approximately 20-25% of our bodies cholesterol is accounted for by the brain. Cholesterol is vital for the development of a fetus. Cholesterol is so necessary that mother’s milk provides a type of enzyme that allows the baby’s digestive tract in absorbing as much as 100 percent of that cholesterol, because the developing brain and eyes of an infant require larger amounts of it for proper growth.
Children deprived of cholesterol in infancy may end up with poor eyesight and brain function.
Cholesterol is a vital component for our nerve covering. The myelin sheath around each nerve band is composed of approximately 20% cholesterol. loss or damage to this myelin sheath usually results in the disorder called multiple sclerosis. When the human body is artificially prevented from manufacturing enough cholesterol our memory and mental capabilities are affected.
It is common for individuals who take cholesterol-lowering medication, soon after begin to suffer with memory recall.
On average approximately 85 percent of blood cholesterol is mostly manufactured in the liver, while only 15 percent comes from food. Regardless of how much or how little cholesterol you eat in your diet, the human body will generally manufacture what it needed.
Cholesterol is the basis in which the body’s hormones are made from, such as the adrenal and sex hormones. Some health researchers suggest that adrenal exhaustion can be greatly reduced by increasing the fat and cholesterol in the daily diet.
Cholesterol is necessary for our immune system to function effectively. LDL-cholesterol, (low-density lipoprotein), the so-called "bad" cholesterol, negatively impacts and directly binds to inactivate dangerous bacterial toxins.
Individuals with higher cholesterol are less prone to infections and if they become ill, will usually recover faster then those who have lowered their cholesterol artificially.
So why is cholesterol necessary for health of the human body?
The simple answer is that cholesterol is a balancing healing substance in the body. When the body requires healing and balancing, it manufactures cholesterol and sends it to the site of the damage.
The inside lining of our blood vessels are negatively impacted by toxic chemicals, free-radicals, infectious micro-organisms, or injury that results in micro-damage. The body’s response then triggers the liver to secrete LDL-cholesterol (the “bad” cholesterol) to go to the area of damage and begin the repair process. Cholesterol becomes important in assisting the body to clear infection, remove toxic elements and heal damaged areas.
The correct way to view high blood cholesterol level, is to realize the body is dealing with damaged tissue.
When the damage is repaired, blood cholesterol will on its own go down. However, if there is an ongoing disorder in the body that continues to inflicts damage to body tissue then blood cholesterol will register consistently high.
It is becoming common knowledge that cholesterol is one of the most important substances in the body. The human body cannot live without it or function well when artificially reduced with medications.
Recent scientific research is finally showing strong evidence that cholesterol has been mistakenly blamed for several types of cardiovascular disorders.
It is erroneous to continue to assume that the solution to high cholesterol is to artificially reduce it with medication. It is more correct to view that high cholesterol is a symptom and not a cause.
Realize that high cholesterol is a proper body response to a crisis. A part of the body being damaged.
It is a response, and therefore the cause must be sought out. Once the cause is effectively dealt with, cholesterol with normalize on its own.
Therefore, to treat high cholesterol as if it was the cause, is simply a mistake. High cholesterol is a symptom.

Pineal Gland and Light
Light Deprivation and Pineal Gland
An imbalance of melatonin interferes with the body’s circadian rhythms, (sleep cycle), and may result in light deprivation disorders, which may contribute to depression, oversleeping, weight gain, fatigue, irritability and sadness. Our artificial lifestyles may contribute in a reduction of melatonin secretion. Melatonin is secreted by the pineal gland. Most of us spend the majority of our day working indoors under artificial light then rush home to spend more time indoors to read, watch television, use the computer, etc. These activities deprive us of natural light that assist us in a healthy melatonin level secretion. Natural light must be absorbed through the eyes without the use of sunglasses for short duration of time. There is consensus stating that exposure to natural light for a minimum of 30 to 60 minutes per day, early mornings may be adequate for proper pineal function.
Depressed
Difficulty concentrating
Irritability
Low energy
Reduced libido
Social withdrawal
Trouble sleeping
Weight gain
Symptoms may show in the following:
Menstrual irregularities
Mood swings
Excess worry
Irrational fear
Seasonal affective syndrome
Headaches
Irregular sleeping
Paranoia or fanaticism
Hypertension
Epilepsy
Sodium or potassium imbalance
Nightmares/vivid dreams
Inability to think clearly or be in present moment
Daily minimum doses of natural light exposure
Massage the third eye area, located in the slight indent between the eyes on the forehead. Massage for 30 seconds.
Foods high in potassium, selenium, iodine, zinc, 5htp and spirulina
Reduce or eliminate the synthetic chemical fluoride in drinking water
Regular breaks from computers, TV’s, artificial lighting etc
Spend regular time in the woods or parks away from power lines and turn your cell phone off.
Keep all electrical devices at least 3 to 5 feet away from your bed
Sleep in complete darkness as it stimulates the pineal gland to release melatonin
Maintaining balance of the Pineal Gland assists your body on all levels physiologically, mentally and spiritually. Nurture and care for this marvelous gland and tap into your greater potential.
Rodent experiments suggest that when old rodents are implanted with a pineal graft from a young rodent the old rodent begins to exhibit signs of turning the clock backwards.
Old rodents becomes more energetic, eyes become sparkly, fur becomes shiny and other symptoms associated with being a young rodent are exhibited.

There is a bible reference in Genesis 32:30
“And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.”
Some bible scholars believe that the bible “Peniel” and the human pineal gland are the same reference.
