Well if you are serious it take only three steps or phases.
Phase 1 Hunger Control: increase fiber in your daily diet, such as oat bran, rice bran or a special fiber called "Glucomannan" or Kojack for short. This fiber swells up many times its volume in your stomach making you less hungry.
Phase 2 Carb Control: decrease your daily simple carbohydrate consumption by 75% or if you can 100%. Simple carbohydrate are refined flour, sweets, pastries, ice cream, white bread and other such food product.
Phase 3 Sugar Control: reduce or eliminate foods that contain refined white sugar. If you must have a sweetener try raw honey or dehydrated sugar cane juice in moderation.
By following these simple steps you will have better weight management control, feel healthier and save lots of money.
